In the first week of February 2023, the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, India had organized the India Energy Week, at Bangalore which was attended by delegates from all the G20 nations. ONGC was hosting an inaugural gala dinner for the 500-odd delegates and the Pandit Jasraj Cultural Foundation was putting together a cultural extravaganza named URJAA for this event.
Client Need: Based on their previous successful experience with Motion Magic Media, the Pandit Jasraj Cultural Foundation approached us for an elaborate stage design for this event. Motion Magic Media being an end-to-end solutions provider not only delivered the same but also ended up providing the following cascade of creative solutions on-the-go such as:
Creative Content Creation
The Process began with a creative brief given by Ms. Durga Jasraj of PJCF, who provided the core concept for the event- the five forms of energy namely Solar Energy, Wind Energy, Cosmic Energy, Earth Energy and Kinetic Energy to be portrayed through the medium of Indian Music, Textiles and Dance.
Having received the creative brief initial sketches for the stage design were presented and post-approval computer-generated 3D designs were also provided to the client.
Logo Concept Design

We crafted a duo of consecutive logos, each designed with a distinct yet cohesive aesthetic, to enhance brand identity and visual storytelling.
2022-2023 [ Year - 1 ]
The central idea behind the URJAA logo was to integrate symbolic elements that represent energy and unity. The geometric design at the center is inspired by mandalas, which are traditional symbols of balance and harmony in various cultures. The intricate patterns within the circle symbolize interconnectedness and the flow of energy. The use of gold in the design signifies richness, quality, and excellence, aligning with the brand’s aspirations.
2023-2024 [ Year - 2 ]
The idea for a concept booklet explaining the concept of the musical to be gifted to each attending delegate was next met with and our team of copywriters and designers did a marvelous job of an sleek and elegant coffee-table booklet explaining the entire programme. While doing so we also provide the client with an event tagline namely URJAA- a musical expression of energy.

Logo Animation [ Year - 1]
As a strong ideation partner our team of graphic designers and animators created this design for the event logo.
The event concept being a curation of music, textile and dance on the theme of energy thereby the event name URJAA (Hindi for Energy) was expressed as a combination of five individual energy forms culminating into one single symbol.
The client desired an extremely Indian look and feel therefore the logo was designed inspired by the Indian Mandala design forms.
This logo was further used for creating logo animations to be displayed on the LED screens on stage during the performance

Urjaa - Musical Expression of Energy Booklet Concept:- 22-23

Urjaa - A Celebration of Eternal Energy Booklet Concept:- 23-24
Entry Corridor & Façade- An ornate entry corridor and a grand entry façade were designed on the theme of the Mysore Palace which in turn spurred the idea for the Animated Information Kiosk.
Animated Information Kiosk- We created an animated information kiosk displaying pictures and information about the Mysore palace to be set up near the reception area, keeping in mind the interests of the foreign delegates.
Corridor Collateral
Motion Magic Media created captivating corridor collateral for India Energy Week, enhancing the event’s visual appeal and engagement. The collateral included dynamic banners, informative posters, and striking digital displays that highlighted key themes. By integrating motion graphics and interactive elements, Motion Magic Media not only drew attention but also facilitated a more immersive experience for attendees, effectively communicating the event’s message and branding throughout the venue.
Post-Event Social Media Promotion
Being involved in the entire design and development of multiple collaterals of this event, we were quite naturally entrusted with the post-event social media publicity content creation. Accordingly, our team created and provided the client with a detailed social media plan and content.
