We got this project based on our Past Varli Animation work done:- Trupti Bhoir Films on our YouTube channel.

The Challenge

The challenge was to execute the complete 1 Minute Film in Less than 4 Days & Deliver.

We started with Thursday evening Call, Friday night creative meeting with ECD:- Pramod Sharma & production house Chriss Cross Films & the project started on Saturday morning.

The Solution

At Motion Magic Media, we follow  Planning & Process, very strongly at all stages & in all the projects that we execute.

We planned out each & every story flow of  Varli Animation & Explainer Video / Film.

We started with initial story line or flow, 1st in the form of storyboard with our Creative Directors, then shared it with the Agency & Production house. We got quick approval & immediately moved on to next stage of production.

There was great sync & understanding between Motion Magic Media, Production House & Agency, but the most highlighting & important point of this project was that both agency & production house gave complete free hand to execute the project & showed a great trust & confidence on Motion Magic Media at all the stages, even with a very short deadline.

As we went ahead with storyboard & visuals, we realized that we have to build this film not only on the basis of just Animation but also need to add transition from one scene to another to enhance & make it look interesting.

We quickly reworked & stated conceptualizing the transitions & workflow, keeping the same deadline.

In the end we were able to deliver this within 5 Days 🙂
